Torched Goodness began in May 2009 by Eric and Julia Ireland. Eric is a Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef and Julia's background is in luxury real estate and marketing. They purchased a food truck in 2008 and came up with the concept of bringing the decadent dessert, Creme Brulee, to the streets of Scottsdale, AZ. The couple moved to Eudora in 2014 and the business has expanded to full service catering, corporate catering, private events, weddings, food truck festivals and the kitchen on Main Street which serves lunch and dinner on Wednesdays.
